The new T&Cs will, where applicable, be brought to the attention of the Customer by online modification. The general conditions of sale applicable to any sale are those appearing on the Site at the time the Order is placed. 

Any Order on the Site is subject to consultation and prior and unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the GCS and the applicable prices. 

The validation of an Order following the order procedure proposed on the Site implies acceptance of the GCS and the associated costs.   

These T&Cs prevail over any other document. 


The Items offered for sale are those that appear on the Site on the day the Customer consults the Site, within the limits of available stocks.  

ASTRÉ PARIS reserves the right to withdraw from sale, at any time, any Article present on the Site and/or to replace or modify any information associated with the Articles appearing on this Site. 

The articles appearing in the "outlet" section are subject to an exchange or a credit note but do not benefit from a refund. 

Indications relating to the availability of Items are updated automatically in real time. However, an error in the update, whatever its origin, does not engage the responsibility of ASTRÉ PARIS. As such, ASTRÉ PARIS cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of an Order for an Item due to the depletion of stocks. In the event of an unavailability of an Article, after placing his Order, the Customer is informed by e-mail, his order then being automatically cancelled. 

The characteristics of the Items sold on the Site (photographs, graphics, descriptions of the Items, etc.) may vary over time. Only the characteristics of the Article displayed at the time of the Order must be taken into account by the Customer. In the event of errors or omissions relating to the description of an Item, the liability of ASTRÉ PARIS is limited to reimbursement of the reasonable costs of returning the Item incurred by the Customer. 

It is possible that the Customer receives following an Order a part previously returned by another person. It is specified that ASTRÉ PARIS only accepts the return of new, unworn and unwashed Items, these conditions being checked before the returned Items are returned to stock.

Order taking on the Site is subject to compliance with the procedure set up on the Site comprising successive stages leading to the validation of the Order. It implies a payment obligation. 

The Customer who places the Order declares to be the natural person who opened the Account associated with the Order. 

The Customer can select as many Articles as he wishes which will be added to the Basket (or " CART ) by clicking on “Add to Cart”. The sale of Items on the Site being exclusively reserved for retail and private individuals, no Order may be placed by professional sellers, alone or in groups, regardless of the way in which their products are marketed (places of internet market, shopping malls, intermediaries, physical stores in particular).

The Customer therefore acknowledges and accepts that the Items can only be purchased in quantities corresponding to the average needs of a consumer, both in terms of the number of Items ordered in a single Order and the number of individual Orders respecting the usual amount an average consumer spent for the same product. ASTRÉ PARIS reserves the right to refuse an Order clearly validated by a professional seller. 

The Basket (or "CART") summarizes the Items chosen by the Customer as well as the prices and costs relating thereto. The Customer may freely modify the Basket (or "CART") before validating his Order.   

The validation of the Order by the Customer constitutes confirmation of the acceptance by the Customer of the GCS, the Items purchased, their price as well as the associated costs.  

After validation of the payment, ASTRÉ PARIS sends the Customer an e-mail confirming his Order. 

All Orders are subject to prior acceptance by ASTRÉ PARIS and are not definitively confirmed until the Customer has received an e-mail confirming the dispatch of the Item(s). The Customer formally accepts the use of e-mail for confirmation by ASTRÉ PARIS of the content of his Order.

If the Customer does not receive any e-mail following his Order, it is up to him to contact ASTRÉ PARIS customer service according to the procedures described in the article " CUSTOMER SERVICE » of the T&Cs. 

ASTRÉ PARIS cannot under any circumstances be held liable in the event of an input error or transmission of an input error that does not allow the delivery of the confirmation e-mail and/or Articles.

ASTRÉ PARIS reserves the right to withdraw any Article displayed on the Site at any time and to replace or modify any content or information appearing on the latter. ASTRÉ PARIS cannot be held liable to the Customer or a third party for the decision to remove an Article from the Site, or for the decision to replace or modify any content or information appearing on this Site, or for the refusal to process a Order after sending the confirmation e-mail summarizing the Order. 


The prices of the Items are indicated on the Site in Euros, value added tax (“VAT”) included, but excluding:

  • customs fees and other taxes, which must be paid by the Customer directly to the carrier; and

  • shipping costs outside metropolitan France, the amount of which is specified before validation of the Order on the Site in the “Deliveries and returns” section. ;

  • additional costs related to any foreign currency conversion costs, depending on the payment method chosen by the Customer

The prices take into account any reductions applicable on the day of the Order. 

Any new taxes or contributions, in particular environmental, are likely to be passed on to the sale price of the Items. 

ASTRÉ PARIS reserves the right to modify the prices of the Articles at any time, the Articles being invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the validation of each Order, subject to availability. 

The price of the Items invoiced to the Customer is the price indicated in the Order confirmation sent to the Customer by e-mail. 


The Articles are payable in cash when the actual Order is placed. 

Payment for Items is made either via Paypal or by bank card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or via the ApplePay service via the secure online payment platform Stripe.  

The Customer expressly acknowledges that the communication of his bank card number to ASTRÉ PARIS constitutes authorization to debit his Account up to the price of the Items as indicated during the confirmation of the Order. If necessary, a notification of Order cancellation for non-payment is sent to the Customer by ASTRÉ PARIS on the e-mail address provided by the Customer when registering on the Site. 

The data recorded and kept by ASTRÉ PARIS constitutes proof of the Order and of all past sales. The data recorded by Paypal or Stripe constitutes proof of any financial transaction between the Customer and ASTRÉ PARIS. 


Delivery means the transfer to the Customer of physical possession of the Item(s) (the " Delivery "). 

The risk of loss or deterioration of the Item(s) is transferred to the Customer at the time of Delivery. 

During the validation of his Order, the Customer is offered several Delivery options, namely:

  • home delivery by Colissimo services;

  • collection of the Order from our premises in Paris, by appointment.

Standard home delivery by Colissimo (with tracking – without signature) 

The Delivery costs applicable to the Order are determined according to the place and delivery method chosen by the Customer at the time of validation of his Order. These Delivery costs are mentioned in the “Delivery and Returns” section of the Site, as it exists at the time of the Order. 

The Customer receives, via the e-mail confirming the shipment of his Order, the tracking number assigned to the package allowing him to follow the delivery process of his Order.  

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, it being specified that this must be the residential address of the Customer or of a natural or legal person of his choice. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or to PO boxes. It is up to the Customer to provide the exact and complete information necessary for the proper delivery of his Order and for the perfect Delivery (such as, in particular: street number, building, staircase, access codes, names and/or numbers intercom, etc.).   

Delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the Order is made available to the Customer by the carrier. The control system used by the carrier prevails. 

If it is impossible to carry out the Delivery due to an incorrect delivery address, no reshipping can be carried out and the Customer will be reimbursed as soon as possible from the receipt of the order by ASTRÉ PARIS, via the means of payment used when ordering. 

ASTRÉ PARIS delivers the Orders within the deadlines mentioned in the “Deliveries and returns” section of the Site, as it exists at the time of the Order, and no later than thirty days after the validation of the Order. 

ASTRÉ PARIS cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery that are not its fault or justified by a Case of Force Majeure (as defined below in article “RESPONSIBILITIES” of the T&Cs). 

If the Delivery time is exceeded, the Customer may write to to request the status of the Delivery and agree on a reasonable additional Delivery time. If the Customer has not received his Order at the end of this new reasonable delivery period, he may cancel the sale by writing to and obtain, within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days, the reimbursement of all sums paid on the occasion of the Order, via the means of payment used during the Order. If the Order had already been dispatched when the sale was terminated, the Customer must return it to ASTRÉ PARIS to be reimbursed. To do this, the Customer writes to upon receipt of his order, specifying his surname, first name, order number to obtain a prepaid return label. Items must be returned in their original packaging, new, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact and attached. ASTRÉ PARIS cannot be held responsible for the harmful consequences resulting from a delay in delivery. Only the reimbursement of sums paid on the occasion of the Order by ASTRÉ PARIS is possible, to the exclusion of any other form of compensation. 


If the Customer chooses the option of collecting their Order from our premises in Paris, it is their responsibility to send an e-mail to the address in order to agree on a collection time slot for the Order. No delivery will be possible without prior appointment. 

Delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the Order is made available to the Customer by hand against receipt. 

If the Customer fails to collect their Order from the premises of ASTRÉ PARIS in Paris on the agreed date and time, the Customer will be reimbursed as soon as possible, via the means of payment used when placing the order. 


Any non-professional consumer has a right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. 

The Customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day after Delivery to indicate that he wishes to make use of his right of withdrawal. Beyond the said period of 14 (fourteen) days, the sale is closed and final and no return is possible. In case of return, the costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If this 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day. For example, in the event of receipt of the goods on January 10, the withdrawal period runs from January 11 to 24 inclusive. As of the 25th, withdrawal is therefore no longer possible. If the 24th is a Saturday, the period runs until Monday the 26th. 

The customer communicates his decision to withdraw by sending an e-mail to the address, in which the Customer specifies his surname, first name, order number and references of the Item(s) he wish to return. 

Personalized and made-to-order accessories (collection harnesses, custom-made harnesses and accessories that have received personalization by hot pressing) cannot be returned or refunded. 



The Customer has two options:

          • Return by Colissimo at buyer's expense

Upon receipt of the return request made by the Customer to the address, ASTRÉ PARIS sends the Customer, by return e-mail, the information enabling him to return the item (Name, address, etc.).

Items must be returned in the original package.

The return is the responsibility of the Customer and is at his risk via the carrier of his choice.

          • Return to the premises of ASTRÉ PARIS

The Customer can drop off his package at the premises of ASTRÉ PARIS in Paris, by appointment. 

To do so, he requests an appointment when he sends his return request to the address

The Customer completes the return form present in the package and inserts the return form with the Item(s) to be returned in the original package. 

The Customer sends it at the latest within 14 days following the communication of his decision to withdraw. 

The return is offered to the customer in the event that the item delivered does not comply with the Order. In this case, the Customer writes to to receive a prepaid return label. 

In any case, the Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, new and unworn, unwashed and with the tags intact and attached. 

Reimbursement takes place provided that ASTRÉ PARIS has been able to recover the Items initially delivered. 

Once the returned Items have been verified, ASTRÉ PARIS undertakes to reimburse the Customer as soon as possible using the same means of payment as that used for payment of the Order. 

If the Customer fails to comply with the T&Cs, ASTRÉ PARIS will not be able to reimburse the Articles concerned. 

Refunds are made in Euros. Any additional costs related to any costs of converting a foreign currency are the responsibility of the Customer.   

This return and refund procedure is exclusive of any exchange.  


Article not in conformity with the Order or presenting an apparent defect

In the presence of an apparent defect on an Article, a complaint must be made by e-mail ( Any complaint must explain the defect concerned. Otherwise, no complaint is admissible, and no return or exchange is possible. 

The Article must be returned, in its original packaging, new and unworn, unwashed and provided with the labels intact and attached, with the references of the initial Order and a copy of the complaint to the head office of ASTRÉ PARIS, after the sending an e-mail indicating the apparent defect of the Article referred to above. 

Cases of apparent defect give rise, depending on the content of the Customer's complaint, either to the establishment of a credit note for the benefit of the Customer, or to the replacement of the Article, or to the pure and simple reimbursement of the Customer as soon as possible. In the case of a purchase made with a gift card, the refund is not possible on credit card but the amount will be credited back to the customer's account STAR  for subsequent purchase. In case of non-compliance with the return procedure, no exchange or refund or credit is possible. 

In addition, ASTRÉ PARIS guarantees consumers against lack of conformity (articles L. 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (items 1641 and following of the Civil Code) for Items for sale on the Site under the following conditions: 

The customer :

  • benefits from a period of 2 (two) years from the delivery of the Article to act in default of conformity of the Article;

  • is exempted from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the goods during the 6 (six) months following the delivery of the Article; and

  • may choose between repairing or replacing the Article, subject to the cost conditions provided for in Article L. 217-9 of the Consumer Code.

  • If the repair and the replacement of the good are impossible, and in particular if the Article is no longer available in stock at the time when the Customer asserts the non-conformity of the Article, the buyer can return the good and be return the price or keep the property and have part of the price returned.

Hidden defects

The Customer may implement the legal guarantee for hidden defects of the item sold, within the meaning of articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code, in the event that a hidden defect, prior to the sale and inherent in the Item sold , renders this Article unsuitable for its use or so diminishes this use that the Customer would not have acquired it, or would have given only a lower price for it, if he had known about it. 

The latent defect must be a defect that even a used item should not have. Thus, the guarantee against hidden defects cannot be retained when the defect is only the result of normal wear and tear of the thing or its prolonged use or even when the defect comes from improper use of the thing.  

The legal guarantee against hidden defects allows the Customer, within a period of 2 (two) years from the discovery of the defect, either to keep the Article and request a price reduction, or to return the Article and request reimbursement. of the price paid, in accordance with article 1644 of the Civil Code.


The hypertext links established in the direction of other sites from the site cannot, under any circumstances, engage the responsibility of the publication director. 

ASTRÉ PARIS is only liable for any direct and foreseeable damage at the time of use of the Site or the conclusion of the sales contract with the Customer, excluding any indirect damage. 

The liability of ASTRÉ PARIS with regard to any Item purchased on the Site is strictly limited to the purchase price of the latter. 

ASTRÉ PARIS shall in no event be liable for the following losses, regardless of their origin:

  • loss of revenue or sales;

  • operating loss ;

  • loss of profits or contracts;

  • loss of anticipated savings;

  • data loss ;

  • loss of work or management time;

  • image damage;

  • loss of opportunity, and in particular to order an Item;

  • moral damage.

ASTRÉ PARIS reserves the right to modify the information contained in this Site at any time and without notice. 

ASTRÉ PARIS undertakes to describe the Items sold on the Site with the utmost accuracy and to ensure that the information disseminated therein is updated in the best possible conditions. However, ASTRÉ PARIS cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information made available to Customers on the Site. 

In the event of non-substantial differences between the presentation photos of the Articles on the Site, texts and illustrations and the Articles ordered, ASTRÉ PARIS shall not be held liable. 

The documents, descriptions and information relating to the Articles appearing on the Site are not covered by any guarantee, explicit or implicit, with the exception of the guarantees provided for by law.

ASTRÉ PARIS does not provide any guarantee concerning any damage that could be caused by the transmission of a computer virus, a worm, a time bomb, a Trojan horse, a cancelbot, a logic bomb or any other form of programming routine designed to damage, destroy or otherwise impair the functionality of a computer or to interfere with the proper working of it, including any transmission resulting from a download of any content made by the Customer, the software used by the latter to download the content, the Site or the server that allows access to it. In this regard, the Customer acknowledges that it is his responsibility to install appropriate anti-virus and security software on his computer hardware and any other device in order to protect them against any bug, virus or other programming routine of this order proving harmful.

The Customer acknowledges assuming all risks related to any content downloaded or obtained in any other way through the use of the Site and agrees that he is solely responsible for any damage caused to his computer system or any loss of data resulting from the downloading of this content.

ASTRÉ PARIS is only required to deliver Articles that comply with the contractual provisions. The Items are considered to comply with the contractual provisions if the following conditions are met: (i) they must comply with the description and have the characteristics displayed on the Site; (ii) they must be suitable for the purposes for which such articles are generally designed; (iii) they must meet the quality and resistance criteria which are generally accepted for articles of the same type and which can reasonably be expected.

ASTRÉ PARIS cannot be held liable in the event of a breach of one of its contractual obligations resulting from a fortuitous event or a case of force majeure as defined by the case law of French courts and tribunals. 

In particular, ASTRÉ PARIS shall not be held responsible for any non-execution or delay in the execution of Orders, caused by events beyond its control (“ Case of Force Majeure "). 

A Case of Force Majeure includes any act, event, non-performance, omission or accident beyond the control of ASTRÉ PARIS and includes in particular, without limitation:

  • Strikes, factory closures;

  • War, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, civil unrest or war, riot;

  • Disaster, natural disasters or epidemics;

  • Impossibility of using private or public means of transport due to strikes, breakdowns or accidents;

  • Inability to use public and private telecommunications networks;

  • Facts of the prince.

All of the obligations of ASTRÉ PARIS and the Customer are suspended for the duration of the Case of Force Majeure, without compensation, and the execution and delivery times will be extended accordingly. ASTRÉ PARIS will endeavor as far as possible to find a solution allowing it to perform its contractual obligations despite the Case of Force Majeure. If the Case of Force Majeure continues for more than 3 (three) months, the transaction concerned may be terminated at the request of ASTRÉ PARIS or the Customer without compensation on either side. Failure to pay by the Customer cannot be justified by a Case of Force Majeure.

The Customer is informed and accepts that his personal data may be collected on the Site and used by ASTRÉ PARIS, which acts as data controller within the meaning of Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to IT, Files and to Freedoms as amended on January 20, 2017 and as it will be amended by the General Regulation (EU) on data protection 2016/679 dated April 27, 2016 (hereinafter the " Data Protection Act ").

It is specified that the Site is hosted by SquareSpace, Inc., which provides ASTRÉ PARIS with an online e-commerce platform for selling products and services and that the Customer's personal data is stored via SquareSpace's data storage, its databases and the general SquareSpace application. In the event of a personal data breach, ASTRÉ PARIS notifies the breach in question to the CNIL as soon as possible. Customers' personal data may be transmitted to service providers and contractual partners who, as subcontractors within the meaning of the Data Protection Act, intervene and contribute directly to the management of Orders and for whom it is absolutely necessary to access the personal data provided by the Customer when creating and using his Account (identity, postal address, telephone number, email address). Subcontractors may only act on instructions from ASTRÉ PARIS. 

Personal data is also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to allow ASTRÉ PARIS to improve and personalize the services offered to Customers and to inform them of offers and commercial information related with the brand. 

The Customer's personal data is only kept for the duration strictly necessary for the purposes previously explained. In particular, the Customer's personal data which is collected:

  • for the purposes of managing Orders and relations with Customers and informing Customers cannot be kept beyond the period strictly necessary for the management of the commercial relationship with the Customer;

  • for commercial prospecting purposes may be kept for a period of three years from the end of the commercial relationship with the Customer.

The personal data of the non-customer prospect may be kept for a period of three years from their collection by ASTRÉ PARIS or the last contact from the prospect. 

If the Customer chooses a direct payment gateway to complete their Order, Stripe, Inc. stores their credit card data, which is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). The data relating to the purchase transaction are only kept for the time necessary to complete the purchase transaction and are deleted as soon as the said transaction is completed.

If the Customer does not want social networks to link the information collected through the Site to his account, he must disconnect from the social network concerned before visiting the Site. 

ASTRÉ PARIS is in no way responsible in any capacity whatsoever for the content or operation of any of the social networks, including those that may be linked to the Site. To understand how social networking sites use information about the Customer's activities on our website and on the internet, the Customer is encouraged to read their respective terms of use and privacy policies. 


The reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of the pages, data and any other component of the site, by any process or medium whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of ASTRÉ PARIS, is prohibited (with except for copies for private use and those made for the needs of the press) and constitutes an infringement punishable by the Intellectual Property Code, liable to incur the civil and/or criminal liability of its author. 

The brands appearing on this website, in particular the “ASTRĒ” and “ASTRÉ PARIS” brands, are trademarks registered by ASTRÉ PARIS. Any total or partial reproduction or any use of these trademarks without the prior written authorization of its owner is prohibited.  

ASTRÉ PARIS is the sole owner of all elements (models, illustrations, images, soundtracks, texts, logos, brands, etc.) of the Site. 

It is therefore prohibited to reproduce in any form whatsoever, directly or indirectly, the elements referred to in the preceding paragraph, as well as to alter the trademarks, patents, names, acronyms, logos, colors, graphics or other signs appearing on the elements made available within the Site, and more generally to use or exploit these elements other than within the framework of the execution of the present.

If one or more stipulations of the GCS are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent jurisdiction, the other stipulations will retain all their force and their scope. 


No tolerance, inaction or inertia on the part of ASTRÉ PARIS may be interpreted as a waiver of its rights under the terms of the GCS. 


The T&Cs are subject to French law. 

In the event of a dispute, the Customer and ASTRÉ PARIS may resort to conventional mediation. ASTRÉ PARIS informs the Customer in this respect of the existence of alternative dispute resolution methods such as, in particular, mediation or arbitration.

Any dispute relating to the execution or termination of a sale, the interpretation, execution or termination of these GCS is subject, in the absence of an amicable agreement, to the legally competent courts.
