We make every effort to ensure that packages are shipped within 48 working hours from the validation of your order.
You will receive an email confirming shipment of your package, which will contain a tracking number allowing you to track the status of the delivery.
You have two options:
Withdrawal in our Parisian boutique (free)
When validating your order, you can choose to pick it up directly in our shop in Paris at 71 rue du faubourg saint-martin 75010. If you want to pick it up as soon as possible and let us know you are coming, write to us. at email@example.com or call us directly on 01 73 74 62 81 (Tuesday/Saturday 11am-19pm).
This option allows you:
to collect your order without waiting for the delivery times described below;
to try your purchases on the spot if you wish and to make a return in stride if the articles do not suit you;
to try another size if the one ordered does not fit, within the limits of available stocks.
Standard home delivery by Colissimo (with tracking – without signature)
Delivery time (indicative): 3/4 working days from the dispatch of the order.
In metropolitan France, theon delivery is free from 100€ of purchases. Delivery costs below 100€ of purchases are calculated on the basis of weight. Delivery costs between €2,50 and €4,5 depending on the weight of your accessory.
In the European Union (outside France)
Standard home delivery by Colissimo Europe (with tracking – without signature)
Shipping costs Medium : 10 euro depending on the country and the weight of the package.
Delivery time (callsign): 3 to 7 business days from the dispatch of the order
Standard home delivery by Colissimo International (with tracking – against signature)
Shipping costs between 10 and 30 euros depending on the country and the weight of the package.
Delivery time (indicative): 3 to 10 business days from the dispatch of the order
Internationally, additional taxes may be applied at customs and remain your responsibility.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES INFO
Warning : you have 14 days from the day after receipt of your order to request a return or exchange by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, new, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact and attached, and are the responsibility of the buyer.

For any return or exchange in France or abroad, you have two options:
Return your package to us at your expense
Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your wish to return. After receiving an e-mail from us confirming the validation of your return, send us your package to the following address:

Reimbursement will be made as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the receipt of your return package, via the payment method used when placing your order, if the return was made in accordance with the rules set out above.
